Mighty Oak Academy is focused on promoting the overall achievements of its students through both academic and extra-curricular activities. We seek to foster the development of the body and mind throughout our school with before, during, and after-school programs.

Our athletics and after-school programs may include but not be limited to basketball, chess, cross-country, football, robotics, soccer, volleyball, and any other activities of interest as identified by the students. Additionally, we anticipate our students participating in spelling bees, debates, and musical performances that represent the school and individual talents. We believe activities outside of the classroom provide a unique opportunity for students to develop individual and team characteristics that reflect leadership, commitment, and community.

Our after-school staff will possess knowledge and skills of the activities and will promote the school vision of students becoming global citizens who are critical thinkers and community-minded.

Our school mascot is the lion and all school teams will be identified as the Mighty Oak Academy Lions.
